My mother was here earlier in the year for a few weeks to rehabilitate from a back injury. She was satisfied with the service and enjoyed the food. Although they seemed a bit short-staffed and didn't always come to her room when she needed them. During the first couple days, she lost her expensive reading glasses and there could be no reason for them missing unless they were stolen or taken accidentally. My dad had to spend a couple months here for rehabilitation. Staff was pretty good. The night staff especially on the weekends left a little to be desired! Day crew was great! Had my dad not had issues with nurses at night not coming when called( he has had to wait well over 3-4 hours a couple different times!!) and one nurse didn't ever acknowledge him! This is my 2nd time here at this facility and it's even better than the time before. July I had rehab here after right hip replacement now back after after left hip replacement. Dominic is also one of the great nurses there

My Mom had to go to a rehab facility after she broke her hip for rehabilitation. We were provided with a list and chose Arlington Gardens because my brother-in-law is a fire fighter and makes calls to various rehab facilities in the area. He said this is the one, hands down. So we went with it and were so pleased. The staff is very caring, kind responsive and legitimately seem happy to be there. Not at all what we have encountered at other places. They took excellent care of my grandmother who was recovering from a broke hip. The staff was genuinely caring and took the time personally to speak to me or my parents regarding her care as well. So thankful for her time there and now she is at home getting better everyday! Thank you!

Everyone can have a different experience and everyone's expectations are different. My experience was very good and the communication was also good. Tour the facility and use your own judgement. I transferred my dad from another facility in Riverside which was a night and day experience from the beginning, If you're looking for something to complain about you'll find one just because that's your focus. Do your due diligence and make your own decisions.

My grandfather is staying there right now and I visited this facility yesterday for the first time. Every single employee that I walked by greeted me! I was very impressed with that.

Just visited a friend here and it was beautiful! The facility was clean and our friend is being treated very well. I would highly recommend this facility!

My aunt stayed here for a few weeks after having surgery. The rehab was excellent and had her up and going sooner than we expected. The staff as a whole were compassionate and always helpful with anything we needed. This was my aunt's first time in a rehab center and she was apprehensive about going, but now she is an advocate for this rehab center and has already been telling her friends to go. I'd like to give a special thank you to Jeremy in therapy and Anita in the nursing department.
