My wife was sent there after she broke her hip. Her stay was very pleasant, all the CNA's were pleasant and very attentive. Office staff was very knowledgeable and helped her a lot with paper work. Therapy really helped her stay on track with her recovery, they pushed but let her set her own pace. My wife and I definitely recomend this place if you need any type of long term care.

My mom was here for about a month after hip replacement surgery. I'll admit I was a bit worried about her staying here after reading some of the reviews but it actually was pleasant stay for my mom. Physical therapy is offered based on what insurance covers. My mom would receive PT & OT for about an hour each day. During her stay she was put in 2 different rooms, each with a roommate. Basically Arlington Gardens for me is a God sent rehabilitation center for active adults, young and old. From the first meeting with Valerie, Director of Community Relations for this rehab facility, she was very professional. Coming to the hospital to check up on me and set my worries at ease, she was basically there for me 24-7 from that day forward. Arlington Gardens was a very neat and clean place to stay, the staff was on top of cleanliness also staff was great. This was my home for about 2 weeks after my motorcycle accident, the nurses and the physical therapist were awesome. Arlington Gardens is the most friendly and welcoming Facility. Every staff member says hello to everyone as they walk by. I have never seen this kindness in any other organization. I just want to Thank everyone for their behavior...it is contagious!!

I am going to set the scene. My mom had back surgery and was in a Rehab Facility in Fountain Valley at the same time my dad (they are divorced) had a stroke and required emergency surgery on a 100% blockage of his left Carotid artery. After the surgery at Kaiser Riverside my dad needed to go to a Rehabilitation Facility to get stronger because he lost the use of his right side from the stroke. Alexis Pizzo Kaiser case manager was such a breath of fresh air to deal with. She answered all of our questions and addressed every concern we had. After talking to Alexis we felt confident that our exspectations would be met and decided to choose Arlington Gardens. She is definitely an asset to the facility and genuinely cares.

I recently had a family member stay at Arlington Gardens. It was the best experience we could have hoped for. The facility is seriously so beautiful, the staff is caring, and the care was phenomenal. I would trust their staff to care for any family member or friend. It is by far the nicest skilled nursing facility in this area.

My mother was here earlier in the year for a few weeks to rehabilitate from a back injury. She was satisfied with the service and enjoyed the food. Although they seemed a bit short-staffed and didn't always come to her room when she needed them. During the first couple days, she lost her expensive reading glasses and there could be no reason for them missing unless they were stolen or taken accidentally.
