Get directionsMy 88 year old Mom was here for several weeks and it was truly a nightmare. She was there to regain her strength , but she was being fed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, which I don't consider to be nutritious. They were so late administering her meds on several occasions that her BP went seriously high. She called me in a panic and I had to contact the administrator to get her the meds she needed. One day they were moving her to another part of the facility and they put her in a wheelchair and forgot about her. She ... read more
This place is the absolute worst care I have ever seen my mom was there for rehab for 3 months and no rehab was even done then came down with an infection after several demands for her to be admitted to the hospital the director of nursing Daryl laughed at me and said they take everything seriously, 6 days later I received a call that my mom was found unresponsive and couldn't be saved, when I went to this place to say my goodbyes to my beautiful mother it was obvious my mom had passed early in the day and had never been che... read more
My dad spent time here after an illness. The physical therapists are great and my dad made good progress pretty quickly. The physical therapy is the ONLY reason this place scored more than 1 star. Unfortunately, the nursing staff is not only overworked and understaffed, it has also made them apathetic. For 3 days my dad complained about his room being too hot. I finally called the nursing director and she went to his room and found that the a/c had never even been turned on. One night my dad rang for help getting to th... read more
My dad was a patient there for a month, the service he received was not what they advertise. The nurses are not all that caring. If he requested a juice or water to drink he would have to wait up to 3 hours to get it, if he requested a bed pan again, he had to wait several hours. The service he received at this facility was not acceptable. The patients should be treated with dignity not made to feel like they are bugging the nursing staff. I do not recommend this place for your loved one! Please check out other facilities be... read more
This facility killed our mother. Went in for rehab after a broken hip. Left 15 days later in an ambulance due to severe dehydration and was septic due to a bladder infection. Several large bed sores as well. They left my mom in a bed and completely neglected her. Daily phone calls from the nursing staff assured us daily of how well she was doing.
now i alway look at things objectively and as a consumer how I am treated is how I respond. and I am sorry if you do a good job, thats how it should be. period. But if you do a poor job I will let you know. With Arlington Garden Care Center I don't know where to start. My Mom was a guest. I took her cel phone to the Center so we could talk. I could not go in to give it to her so I gave it to Staff Personal it took a week and a call to the Director and have to bitch him out to get her phone. This is only a small issue wit... read more
Okay so my mom just called me and said that she has been in the room for 4 hours without being changed sitting and diarrhea because there's only one CNA and one nurse I called the nurse her name is Mai and she said she has only been on shift for one hour
The facility is nice and conveniently located next to Kaiser. Immediately you notice that the facility is well under staffed. Witnessed firsthand, patients or customers, waiting quite some time before being cared for as the alarms were ringing. The same was true for my father, whom we had moved from San Diego to be closer to us. His outcome was not as promising. Release or distribution of meds from the pharmacy on time were a consistent problem. We were only there for 4 days before rushing him to Kaiser before passing. Long ... read more

I have my mom who is 80 yrs old and was send to a rehabilitation center for physical therapy. After being at the hospital for a uti went in to intensive care and now not being able to walk with a walker they recommended her to come to a skill facility. Amanda was very helpful but the other personnel here like lvns and CNA have not been helpful. I have received calls from my mom at 11 at night because she keeps calling them to help her on assisting her to go to the bathroom and they don't show up so i call the nurse station a... read more
