I tried not to write this review but I have to. This is my first experience with a skilled nursing facility and I'm not pleased. As a few have already stated it's the night shift that is lacking. There is no sense or urgency to tend to these patients. I am the voice for my loved one and I have had to stifle what I would really like to say because I don't want my loved one to pay for it, he already is. What I mean by that is simple neglect. If it was such a good place, the care provided and staff would speak for themselves. I hear the administrator is paying staff members money to post up positivity reviews. "Anita, Wanda" Pretty sure they work there. This is sick. Let me tell you. Between the Administrator screaming and the department heads behind close doors to the point he turns red and hand are so shaky from 5+ rockstars he drinks and the lack of common sense nurses. The place looks good but the staff suck they are lazy an don't care about the patient if a patient can't speak up believe that patient barely get change they are rude my mom was in there for months I went everyday and she still didn't get good care I found my self talking to nursing staff everyday and nothing change Sometime when I would get there she would have medicine that should have been taking nite before sitting on her talble they are sorry in calling Dr when need When patient pressure is high they just keep giving th... read more

Complete lack of COMMUNICATION! I'm giving this place one star because I have to click at least one but it does not deserve it... I arrived via ambulance from my hospital to recover from a hip replacement. No one greeted us, I was wheeled around while the ambulance drivers asked 4 different people where to take me. I was dropped off in a dark room without any staff assistance. This place has the feel of a cheap motel or at times some sort of prison.
