Awful. Worst steak I’ve ever had. Not worth the money. DO NOT GO. Service sucked as well. Luckily they took off our steaks because we couldn’t even eat them. The next one was better but not worth it. I won’t ever go back
Arnettes is always a vibe with great food but our waiter ruined our experience. He had a attitude the entire time for no reason and he put a damper on my cousins birthday celebrations! I talked about Arnettes for months to her only for her experience to be ruined by the waiter.
If we wanted a Marlow's Tavern experience, we would have gone to Marlow's. What we wanted and expected was the Arnette's experience. That did not happen. We were there to celebrate birthdays and to have a great night out. We asked to be seated in the dining room in the reservation but instead were told the dining room was closed so were taken up the stairs to the bar. Loud, food not great. Won’t go back.
Brought my daughter and son in last night for my sons 24th birthday. This was mentioned on the reservation. Spent over $300 dollars. Not once did the server ask or inquire if we were there for a special occasion. For $300 dollars a piece of cake would have been nice and some acknowledgment.
The prices on the website menu are 25% less than the actual prices … 72$ for a small “ cowgirl “ ribeye … Not worth it !
My server was very condescending. He made the experience less favorable for me.
Restaurant was beautiful as always since I have dined here before. However the service was very subpar. Our server was very boring absolutely no personality or excitement. He never thanked us for coming in our choosing their restaurant. The managers that were on duty Jeff and Javier visited every table around us and thanked them for coming in an asked if everything was okay. Not once did they stop by our table to say anything!!!!!
