Very crowded and noisy bar area. Inside dining somewhat quieter. Food not worth the price. Charging for bread service is ridiculous.
Value rated poor. Food and beverage is expensive enough. Charging for water, bread and ice is ridiculous. I doubt I will return.
Very disappointed in the lack of social distancing. The restaurant website specifically details the steps they are supposedly taking to adhere to covid guidelines. When we arrives the restaurant was packed. Tak Bles were tight. Manager, bartenders and servers wore masks below their noses. All of our sides were cold as was our entree. The mixed drinks my guests ordered were different eveytime they came out. Overall just flat out disappointed about our entire experience.
The service was excellent and a nice place but the food was bad :(. My sole was over cooked and I didn't care for the brussel sprouts.
Arnette’s has a great environment, but the food is not worth the price. Very average steak & side dishes for what they charge
The service was fantastic. The space is nice- more modern than usual steakhouses. The food was a big meh. The sides were inedible. Our steak was the weirdest texture we've ever had and we've been to a lot of nice steakhouses. The dessert was good- chocolate cake and icecream. I wouldn't go back.
My husband and I dined here a couple of weeks ago and the food wasn't all the best. The steak was rather cold and the mashed potatoes were bland. However, we believe in giving restaurants a second chance because they all have their good and bad days. So to celebrate our 10th year wedding anniversary, we decided to give it another try on Saturday, 2/27/2021. HUGE MISTAKE! We got seated at 9:15 and they run out of bread, we enjoyed the Rib Eye and the salad, service was slow but adequate, they charge a $45 corkage fee which I think its outrageous, not sure if we will be back, some ups but many downs
This was a very disappointing experience. Arnette’s had come highly recommended. One of us had the bone in filet and it was awful. Not edible. What was worse was how the situation was handled. The waiter took out his phone to shine a light on the meat and take a picture of it. It was eventually replaced but the incident was embarrassing. Honestly the rest of us rated our food 7 out of 10. I was expecting 9 out of 10. I have had much better food and experience at McKendticks, Del Frisco, Stoney River etc.
