The service was good, our server tried to really explain everything and was very friendly. We met the manager, and he was very nice and accommodating. It took 45 minutes to get the main course after the salad was served, so the delivery was very slow. However, the food ranged from meh to simply awful. The meh was my steak, which was supposedly the same cut as from sister store The Haven, which has had some of the best flavored steaks I've had in my 60 years. Service was great but menu needs serious tweaking. No one wants to tear the bread. Cut the bread. Need green options for side items. Would love to see additional starter options too. It’s early with being a new restaurant but was sadly disappointed with this dinner. I’m sure kinks will get worked out in time
