Larry Bullen arrived as scheduled. He was very professional, courteous, explained the installation process, and answered my questions. Larry returned several days later to sign the contract for the entire asphalt roof replacement and explained the financing options offered by Arocon. The project was completed as scheduled. The appointment went very well. They were originally scheduled to arrive between 5-7 PM but ended up having an opening earlier in the day. They arrived on time and were quick and professional, explaining every step and answering all of my questions. We bought a "Big Deal" for minor fixes to our roof. They came out and inspected the roof, letting us know of any problems, as well as replacing some shingles that had blown off in a recent storm.

Everyone showed up on time and got the job done very well - and quickly (about 4 hours?) I found a new leak before the new roof was put on, and after heavy rains last night, everything is looking good! Their price was very competitive and they were one of the only companies I found that would still guarantee their work (10 year warrantee) even though I have an existing roof deck on my house.
