They even came back out and fixed something later that was still leaking. We had comparisons of different roofing companies and they matched the lowest price we had. They replaced a roof for us.

Mark arrived early, noting that the weather might become a problem, later. (We had already rescheduled multiple times due to snow on the roof.) He worked quickly and efficiently, finishing just a short time after he was due to arrive. It was a nice change to not have service provided at the end, or after the end of a time window. Everything went very well. The Arocon representative,Larry,was very professional and examined my roof from the inside of the attic and the outside surrounding areas of my home. Jason did our roof tune-up and we were very happy with him. He was professional and did not push the sale of any unnecessary work for our roof. He did offer a lot of advice on a recurring issue with skylights that we were already aware of. We're awaiting an estimate for work that'll address the issue. Beacsue of the frequent snow and bad weather, the time from the initial assessment and repairs was about 2 months. Several additional problems occured during this time due to wind damage, and Mark gladly performed those repairs as well. Roof "tune-up". Inspected roof from top and underneath, found several areas areas needing repair and caulking. Returned as scheduled to complete repairs as required.
