He was very conscientious. He cared about his job and was proud of his work. He did an 18 point tune up inspection. He found several problems on my roof and fixed them. He checked my gutters and the down spouse to make sure they were not clogged. He checked for anything that could have problems in the future, and made corrections to those.
They did a good job and I just needed to know when I would be needing repair work. They were courteous. Arocon Roofing & Construction LLC did a roof tune-up.
We purchased a roof inspection and repair deal from Aracon at the Carroll County Home Show. Jason was prompt and courteous. He climbed all over the roof, taking extensive photos and notes, as well as making minor repairs as he saw them. He then went over everything with me and explained the current issues and potential future issues with my roof. unknown After I bought the deal I was told it didn't apply to flat roofs but that the fee would be applied to any work they did. The guy who came out was knowlegable and professional. I got a good explination and quote but the price was a bit high. I got a second quote from a different roofer and decided to go with that company.

Went well. Technician was professional, friendly, and curtious. He explained the current condition of roof, helped with siding issue (which he did not have to do since it wasn't part of package I had purchased), and revealed some issues that my home inspection hadn't uncovered. Roof inspection, replaced damaged shingles, flled in nail holes. Rejoined 2 pieces of siding that had separated.
Jason arrived promptly to provide the Roof Tune-up. He was very thorough and explained what services he would be providing. I was very impressed with the service, he even took pictures while on the roof to share with me. I would recomend the Roof Tune-up, and plan omn using Arocon in the future! Roof Tune Up
