The company graciously bumped up my appointment date at my request as my gutters were seriously clogged. The 2-man team with Jason in the lead, arrived promptly at noon and I was afraid they might not be able to do the work as it was starting to rain a bit with the threat of more to come. They said "no problem, we'll take care of everything" and they did and did so quickly and efficiently. Jason came early for the scheduled appointment. Early! He was professional, friendly, did not rush through his inspection and minor maintenance, and spent time with me afterwards going over what he found and what he did. I was extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him and Arocon to friends. In fact, I'm giving his card to a friend tomorrow who needs some minor roofing work done in Baltimore. Roof inspection and minor maintenance.

They were prompt, arriving within the window of time scheduled. Jason came, and he was great. He was well spoken, professional and very personable. He spoke clearly and made sure we understood everything. He even was able to converse with our three year old while working on the roof. Most people probably would have been very annoyed but not Jason. This is our second time using Arocon, and we continue to be very pleased with the quality of their work. The first repair was a relatively minor repair following one of the hurricanes. This time, it was a different story. We needed our roof replaced, and because of our prior experience with Arocon and their Angie's List rating, we contacted them for a quote. It was good. Kris Kings was the initial sales person and was great. He explained everything that was going to be done and was in the process. We had to reschedule thrice which was the only issue. They came out the scheduled day and finished the job in 6 hours. I had talked to people who had got their roofs done and they said that it was the best deal I could get. Arocon Roofing & Construction replaced our roof.
