We recently contracted AROCON to replace our roof, fascia wrap and gutters on our home. **Update 8/21/13** I want to add that I received excellent service from my latest interaction/work with Arocon. I was contacted by David who was genuinely interested in helping remedy the issues I've had. His responses were timely and the service work was prompt and professional. This has changed my opinion about Arocon, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Arocon's team worked quickly and got a ton of work done fast. A lightning rod was accidentally broken and one of the project supervisors continually searched until he found a perfect replacement. The new roof and gutters look beautiful and seem to be done correctly. During the project, the workers were a bit noisy. The debris could have been cleaned up along the waya lot betterthan it was, and I found nails everywhere (probably 2-3 dozen in total, even in the parking lot). Went great. They actually showed up a day before they were scheduled, which was a surprise, but a welcome one. Work went according to plan, and both the estimator and workers were great to deal with. Repaired flashing on slate roof around chimneys, replaced a few missing slate tiles, and repaired some other flashing along one side of my house. They also did some minor gutter repair and removed an antennae from my house.
I contacted this company for an estimate for installing a new roof. The sales person that came out to my home was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions . He took pictures and was very detailed about the installation process. On the day of installation, the roofers arrived as scheduled. They replaced plywood and shingles. They left yard clean and free of nails and debris. I am very pleased with my new roof. I woulddefinitelyrecommend this company. installed new roof
The estimator was professional. He clearly explained the source of my siding problem - it had not been installed properly by the previous contractor. He even found an area of the siding with the same issue that I had not seen before. The foreman called within a few days of the contract signing, and we set a date. Arocon did a great job from providing the initial estimate, to completing this small job, and follow-up once the job was completed. I particularly found Larry, the rep that came out to provide the initial estimate, professional, thorough and honest. I would definitely use Arocon again, but would recommend that they be a little less assertive in pursuing cutsomers to follow-up with reviews on Angie's List. Replace shingle blow-offs
Update (February 2016): The ceiling on the porch was coming apart and one post was deformed. We called Arocon to come to inspect it and let us know what should be done to fix it. After several a call and several e-mails over 12 days, Jeff came to inspect it and he fixed it at no cost to us. He was very professional and we are pleased with the result.
