Great After some initial concerns about the estimate, they came out again the soonest I was available and look at the proposed job again and re-did the estimate.

This is the 3rd time I have used Arocon and won't be the last. I was extermely impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They were very punctual and did a great job keeping me informed. I have had so many experiences with roofer when they don't show up for appointments or are hours late, so it was really nice knowing I could count on them to be there when they said they would be. They did a pretty good job. Everybody on the team was very nice. They were good communicators. They were nice, upfront and professional. My only complaint was that they had a subcontractor come to put in insulation when the roof was done and one of them stepped through the ceiling so it was a huge mess. They were not that hot. They sent teenagers to do the patch and they didn't do such a great job. Arocon was very good about coming in after that and getting everything straightened out. It was a pretty good price. My roof needed work because of the wind and severe weather we had been having so I contacted Arocon for a free estimate after reading about them on Angie's List. From the first call I made customer service was fabulous! Sarah and Marty were wonderful they answered all of my questions and got me scheduled right away for my initial estimate. This was one of the best home improvement experiences. Chad promptly came out for an estimate and among the 3 companies that I asked for an estimate, he made the best impression. He was very detail-oriented, made suggestions about what exactly to fix; which shingled to use etc. The price was very competitive. When I called for a new roof estimate, it was the busy season for all roofing companies after hurricane Sandy. I contacted 7-10 companies found on Angie's list, but only 4 got back to me. Arocon is one of them. They have the best price and very good past reviews. It was very pleasanworking with Eric and his staff. They perform quality work and ask questions when necessary. unknown We are very happy with the work Arocon did on our roof. They were timely and professional at a reasonable price. They could have done a better job keeping our initially scheduled time and reaching out to us initially to set the appointment once we submitted the contract and paid the deposit, but - in the end - these delays were not deal breakers. We have a tricky leak issue on our roof, and will continue to use Arocon to try and figure out what the cause is...

I was pleased with their performance, and would definitely recommend them. Arocon did some roofing repairs and siding replacement at my townhouse. The price was much lower than the other estimate I'd received, for the same repairs. They showed up on time, got the work done in about 5 hours, and cleaned up nicely. They even did some extra painting of an exterior wooden plank. I gave them a B for quality because only time will tell whether the repairs took care of the leaks in a couple of bedrooms. The estimator was courtesy. The work crew arrived on time, worked quietly and diligently. Professional and swift. They cleaned up nicely after they were done. The new gutters look great and, after several recent rain storms, work flawlessly.
