Please see above I had received a few estimates for a new roof and replacement gutter guards. They were all within a couple thousand of one another. The deciding factor to choose Arocon was the in depth detail that Eric (one of the owners) explained how the work would be performed, answered all of our questions, and inspired confidence that they would do the work properly. We are selling our house and though we have maintained our roof over the years, the home inspection report required us to have our roof inspected and have all necessary repairs made. Our roof was damaged during Hurricane Sandy. I contacted Arocon the day after the storm and they were able to have a Sales Rep come to our home within a few days. Chad was very thorough and spent a lot of time with my husband and I explaining the different types of shingles and the scope of work we needed done. They were lower in price than other companieswho gave us an estimate.The crew they sent did a great job. They replaced the shingles and flashing andeven asked me to come up and check out theirworkwhich I did. The leaks stopped immediately.I had an issue with some soft plywood laterand although this should have been fixed with the shingles, they apologized and came back out and replaced that as well for just the cost of the material.We have referred them to other neighbors. After a few scheduling problems the work was done beautifully. The owners of the company responded quickly and appropriately to our issues with scheduling. They came out to our house to check on the work being done and made sure that it was completed in a timely fashion. Overall the job was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. The team that removed my roof were very fast and did a quality job. Tarped anything that could be damaged by loose material falling to the ground. Everything was cleaned up each day before they left the job. They did a great job. A neighbor of mine, her neighbor, and a son of hers have also used them. Everybody has been happy. Their price was so much below everybody. I got a top grade shingle with that. They put metal flanges all around too which other people had not talked about. They put new chimney rubber seals down to make all tight. They cleaned up well, and they worked hard to do it all in one day. I had a whole new roof installed by of Arocon Roofing and Construction LLC.
Theywere very knowledgeable and we were impressed by them. They subcontracted some of the work, and they were able to get the subcontractor to come back and correct some issues that we saw. They were very responsive to that request. We got a brand new roof, including removal of old shingles, and installation new shingles and replacement of the skylight.
