It went wonderfully!! Especially considering that they started in inclement weather which seemed to drag on and on. Everyone from the owner to all his assistants worked harder than any home improvement company we've dealt with. Their manner was professional and friendly at the same time. In addition to possessing the knowledge of how projects should be done "to code", they also possess a great sense of design. The cleaning itself went fine. They did a good job doing the cleaning. BUT they drilled several holes through my new roof from the top of the shingles to install the harness. The holes were patched with "industrial Grade" calk. This was done without asking first and this is unacceptable. I have gutters cleaned for many years and this is the first time a company actually drilled the roof just to clean the gutters.

Thorough and professional Roof and gutter tune up inspection
Guy started completing lower floor. Said he needed to run an errand and would return to finish. Never did.....it has been 2 years. Unsure now of cost. Just guessing. Gutter Cleaning
They can’t do the job for under $2500 and even if they would not be available until 4-5 weeks 8 feet of gutter
I had used Arocon before for my roofing needs and when I and the neighboring landlord decided to replace the gutters on our connected rentals. The other landlord asked me to get some estimates, so I decided to contact Arocon and another company. I had contacted Arocon via the Angie's List messaging explaining the complexity of the job. My rental and the other landlord's rental have a connected gutter system with a downspout that is smack on the dividing line between our houses that is near falling apart. They canceled/rescheduled the first estimate meet, and then never showed up for the second one. Repair inspection

The estimator examined the damage and stated it could be accomplished without requiring a large roof replacement. Blown tree limb made puncture hoe in roof and subsequent leaked into upstairs bedroom.

In the process, I learned that an airflow in the attic from the eaves to the roof ridge is the modern way. This system replaces attic fans. The new system requires venting near the eaves (soffits) and of course the roof ridge vent. My 1957 home did not have any soffits. Some roofing companies did not include this in their estimates. Arocon did include a lower venting system (not soffitts but the same idea) in their bid. They installed a mid-roof vent rather than venting near the eaves as my home has a roof overhang.
