I made the appointment and the person in the office looked at my house on google earth. Once they arrived at the house, they decided that they needed more people to clean the gutters since I had bushes in front of my house, so no service was done since the cost would be higher than the coupon, and my money from the coupon was returned. The deal had no disclaimer about bushes. Gutter Cleaning

Unfortunately, the package that this customer purchased was our Roofing Tune Up, and does not include the gutter maintenance. We do offer a separate package called a Gutter Tune Up for the gutter maintenance which includes tightening the gutters using the existing fasteners. We would be happy to provide this service, if the customer so chooses.

The process was initially easy and convenient and scheduling was quick. I could not be home that day, but they indicated it was not necessary. When I got home, I saw that they used hangars that did not match the existing gutter system. When I raised this, I had to send pictures, then they ordered the parts. Things went slowly at this point, but the new hangars were used to replace the mis-matched ones eventually. Very poor outcome. The salesman was excellent, except what he sold was not what we got. He said they would cover the house with a tarp to prevent screen damage, use a high quality underpayment, and place 6 nails in each shingle. They did not cover the house with tarp in the back, resulting in broken screens. (They fixed them, but it took us walking around to find all the damage and email them with photos.). Arcon called me and scheduled the same day we purchased the deal! Roof "tune-ups" must take a second priority--understandable--because they could only fit us in 2 weeks out. Then it stormed that day, and the re-schedule was again two weeks from then. One of their employees (Ian) came by to look at what was needed, and promised an estimate, but despite many many calls and emails all that we eventually received - months later - was an estimate for work that we hadn't requested (we suspect we received someone else's estimate). They had done some work for us in the past, and weather (snow, ice, etc.) had caused it to degrade. (The original work was of high quality, as we noted in a prior review.) We wanted them to come back and give us an estimate for the renewal.
