I understood everything they outlined and the roofing gentlemen that came out was good I just didn't understand a few things he said at the end.
We had an issue with a gutter having it's flow redirected and it was not presented to me prior to the work being done. Afterwards I was made aware of the modification so the final invoice could be paid. I have since identified a possible problem with the modification but have not yet contacted Arocon concerning it.
They had done a roofing job with me before.
