Henry showed up on time, said he was going to turn it over to his repair people since it was a small job. He took some pictures. Never heard back from the company again. What a waste of my time. Requested a quote to replace 24 shingles over a window in the front of my house, 1st floor level. I gave the person setting up the appointment the exact details.

I was unable to get this job completed due to scheduling issues. I initial date for service was set, but no technician showed up. When I called the answering service on the day that the service was to be performed, they advised that they would have someone call me back. No one called me back after several days. We apologize for any miscommunication. The only phone number we had in order to contact the customer was the home number. We did try to contact the home owner via phone and email several times prior to the appointment date, the day of, and the following business day. We also tried to reschedule a few times with the customer, and eventually the did receive a refund on the tune up purchase. Again we apologize for any miscommunication.
I could write a book about my 9 month ordeal which started last June and I am still suffering the consequences. Repairs and new install failed and I am left with a mess. They never wanted to take ownership just plenty of excuses. I did not want to write this but I felt it was only right to give others a heads up. I am out $7,000.00 that I paid Arocon and another $5,000.00 in the meantime trying to clean up the mess they left me. Owner Response: Arocon went through a little bit of a rough patch with repairs that Ian had sold during that time. We had a few jobs that Ian did a bad job on diagnosing and getting the correct information into the office for scheduling and this was one of them. On 8/8/16 when I went out for the first time I was able to see immediately that all of the roofs on the buildings were completely shot. Told some roofing nails needed to be hammered and gutter hanger needs to be adjusted, and would send someone out. No one was ever sent. Gutters needed to be cleaned and adjusted after Arocon's visit Based on a coupon, they were to inspect roof, evaluate ,adjust, and clean gutters.
Very well for the gutter cleaning. I could not use them for this project because of the pitch of my roof and I got a refund from Angie's List. However, I did hire them to go on my roof to inspect it and to replace the Pipe Collar. They are scheduled to come out on June 10th. I did use this company to clean my gutters a few months ago and they did a wonderful job.

The service started shaky because we were fighting weather issues. Ice, rain, cold nothing seemed to be going our way. We called and left messages and rarely got a call back. The answering service leaves a bit to be desired because messages did not get delivered. When we finally got a call back it wasn't much better but we got someone to come to the house and look at the gutters. I purchased an Angie's List deal for $99 for gutter cleaning and tuneup. The soonest available date Arocon had was a month out, and I took it. The worker showed up as scheduled and began using a leaf blower to clean my gutters, which were badly clogged with leaves, standing water and silt (it had been years since I'd had them done). Immediately, a shower of wet leaves and filthy water began raining down on my new deck and sticking to the siding of my house. The Gutter Tune Up package that we have listed on Angie's List is a maintenance program for the gutters. Unfortunately, it is not a strictly "gutter cleaning" service, although it does include that service to be done with a leaf blower. This is explained to the customer upon scheduling, and if an issue, the customer is always able to go back through Angie's List to request a refund.
