Arocon was great. Their rep was very responsive with their bid and he was onsite during the installation job. It's amazing how fast the actual installation goes. Excellent work.
Got a new roof from Arocon. They provide a high quality product at a very good price. The salesman, Mikey, was fantastic. He was answered all my questions and gave great suggestions on colors and products. He was onsite for most of the install and thoroughly went the final product to ensure it was highest quality possible. He really showed the individuals and the company are part of the community and takes care of there fellow neighbors.
Corrected review, it was Preston and Nick, not Preston and Eric.... Preston and Nick arrived right on time, explained the process in detail, and did what I feel was an excellent inspection of my roof. They also pounded nails, sealed areas that needed sealed, cleaned my gutters and repaired the leak for which I had called them in the first place. They also took 50 pics which they emailed me. The company does something that most have either forgotten about or are too busy caring for their own bottom line, and that is to really let the customer know how much THEY care. I had a new roof installed and they came on time, we’re very pleasant and professional and cleaned up as though they were never there - all in a timely fashion. I even needed a new part for the chimney, they waited while I went to purchase it and then installed it at no extra charge.
