Service advisor (dave) excellent. Work done on time and done as expected from a dealer.. car came back clean. They insisted on delivering car as not to interrupt my day. Very satisfied with arrowhead. Now' as to repair on a car with 38k I feel Cadillac should kick in more than 30%. The car passed a 30 point inspection at dealership but I had to replace a sun roof cover, not motor, brakes,or anything else. Love my car but don't like replacing a piece of cloth and motor for $940.00.thanks for letting me vent..dealership is exc... read more
