Arrowhead Cadillac Customer Support Ive never owned a vehicle from a dealership whos sole purpose is to take care of its customers. I had a battery die on me. I called Arrowhead Cadillacs roadside service and their crew showed up and replaced my battery at no cost. Its only one of many services Arrowhead Cadillac offers. Thank you, Arrowhead Cadillac! MR LOUIS R PIETRO I RECENTLY BROUGHT MY CADILLAC INTO ARROWHEAD FOR SOME SERVICE, WHICH I WAS FULLY SATISFIED. HOWEVER, 5 DAYS LATER(SAT AND SUNDAY INCLUDED) I RECEIVED A DISCOUNT MAILING IN MAIL DISCOUNTING SERVICE I HAD DONE. COULD HVE SAVED BIG BUCKS. I HAVE PURCHASED 5/6 CADILLACS FROM LUND/ARROWHEAD(MIKE MARTIN WAS SALESPERSON FORALL 5/6 CARS). ALL SERVICE WAS DONE BY LUND/ARROWHEAD. I THINK DEALERSHIP SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A HEADS UP. COULD HAVE DELAYED MY SERVICE ONE WEEK.
