Mike Tenant Mike Tenant is my Service Manager for my last 3 Cadi's. This is the 1st time any of the vehicles had a major problem. We only had the 2019 XT5 for 8 weeks. It took 7 weeks for the new part to arrive to Arrowhead Cadillac. Mike had me in a courtesy vehicle the entire time. Mike called me 1 or 2 times a week to keep me updated.
Recall I took the car in for a recall. Mr. Bill Large took an excellent care of the problem and solved it timely. Thank you.

2019 Cadillac service for Darla Nordstrom This is my first experience with Arrowhead Cadillac. Bora was great and the customer service was great. The loaner vehicle was delivered and everyone was courteous and friendly. The young man who came out and programmed my garage opener was very helpful and courteous.
