I'd been having my car serviced some where else for a couple of years and decided to go back to Arrowhead Cadillac. My service manager, Jeremery, gave me the date and time I requested to come in. No waiting when I arrived. I needed a couple of things besides the regular maintenance, and Jeremery kept me notified about progress and how close we were to completion. I was good to go in much less time than I had anticipated.

When I'm unable to drive my car to the Cadillac dealership they have a wonderful service where someone will pick up your car, service it and bring it back. The service shop did an oil change and replaced a broken front bumper. I've had excellent service each and every time.
