Although Arrowhead Cadillac had my SRX for almost 8 months due to a part being on backorder with no ETA from GM, our service rep kept us up to date regularly. The loaner vehicle program is amazing and each time I had to renew my contract, total of 4 times, the folks in that department were also very helpful.
