Sat for 1 hour before they moved to the service bay, they some how ripped the windshield wiper off and just jammed down into the hood, didnt even check the air filter, but did try and put back brakes and rotor on for $900, will never go back

If the computer can't tell you the problem then they can't tell you either. These guys couldn't diagnose a giant on/off switch turned off. They sold us a lemon car that needed thousands done in work on a car we have only had a few months. Of course the warranty they sold us didn't cover anything. And they admitted to quoting us for work that they knew wouldn't fix the issues. These guys are grade A scammers.

Job that should have taken an hour took 2 days. Error was made during reprogramming that locked up the vehicle and made it undriveable. Was refused a loaner (all out or booked). Not the best experience

Well I had just drove from New York and needed an oil change / tire rotation, scheduling the appointment was no problem. The facility is very nice. The car was dirty and they said that they was going to wash the car and it's part of the service sounds good. Well when the car was done they brought the car out and it looked ok until I got the car outside and parked it in a parking lot, only to notice the wash job looked like a child did the job? and I noticed a dent on the rear hatch just above the Cadillac emblem? Not the best customer service. I paid cash for my Vehicle no payments no nada just cold hard cash and I wasnt even asked if I wanted a complimentary water. On top of that I had a cosmetic detail on my back door shades customer service still hasnt reached out to me.

I gave it 1 star because it wouldn't let me go lower. The service department is horrible and the customer service is worse. I will never do business with you again
