2BLiving has terrible customer service, don't waste time calling, they do not answer their phones. Ariana De Lima, the Leasing Agent's phone, instantly goes to voice mail, which has not been set up. She does not return texts and rarely answers emails. Heads up: If you have an ESA they require it be written within the last year. I feel sad for the property owners who are paying for a service. It's no surprise the apartment we were trying to lease has been vacant since May.

I still haven't received my security deposit or a follow up and it's been 3 months. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone and I haven't gotten a call back or an email.

I live in the apartments on E18th Palmcrest in Oakland. I was really happy to get the apartment because the walls were freshly painted, and the floor was new. Now that I've been here almost 2 years the newness has worn off. They renovated the outside patio area and that's when my first roach appeared. They responded quickly. This year they are renovating Apt 15 and roaches are on the loose. I've submitted maintenance requests with details (no response or reply). I've contacted the leasing office (no one answers). Appointment was at 10:00 a.m. when I got here I was not presented by anyone door was unlocked I took myself on a tour of the property very unprofessional and they don't have a number for you to directly call the shore that showing the property

Seek residency elsewhere. Their one bedroom apartments (440 sq ft) here are the size of studio apartments, which means you are charged more money per square footage than any other apartment complex unless you enjoy being cramped in a tiny apartment and being over charged per sq footage. You can find better apartment deals in Fremont. Our experience at Niles have been a crap storm. Let me list all the things we've encountered living here.
