It's been a while since I've wrote a review about a company whether is a food industry or a place to explore. But there is something I have to say about this place. I've been a resident for a while and our property manager Nelly has been great to work with. We just had some issues in our unit and she was quick to act and very friendly, communicative, and very cooperative. I appreciate the help

Her response time to my inquiries was stellar and she made the viewing and leasing process seamless and straightforward. I want to thank her for her professionalism and great customer service. I have been working with Dan, Dave and Mark for years and they are the best property management team I know. They are responsive and manage the properties like they own them. I could not recommend their services more!

I had a great experience touring and getting an apartment with 2BL. Lindzi Tran was especially kind, clear, and helpful in helping me find a home! She answered all my questions directly and was so quick and efficient in making my move to Oakland as smooth as possible. She gave helpful information about the unit, apartment building, and neighborhood. Very excited to move in :)

Absolutely a gem of a property that I live next door to. It only gets better because it comes with a great property manager named Nelly. 2B Living takes pride in their properties and employed a very kind and responsive building manager with Nelly. A+

2B Living's Senior Property Manager, Mary Belaski, is a super hero to me. I'm really impressed by her. She's quick to respond to our every need with a high level of professionalism. She's clear, intelligent, efficient and friendly. It's been a pleasure to have her in our lives. It shows us clearly that the 2B Living team really does genuinely care about their tenants. I recently toured a number of Oakland, CA apartments managed by 2B Living and each apartment was clean, well-maintained, and affordably-priced. What really made a lasting positive impression were the two property managers I worked with- Lani and Lindzi. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about their properties and took extra time to answer all of my questions. I just want to write a review to personally thank the main office coordinator Justin and leasing agent Charlise for your consistent and helpful coordination. Justin, thanks so much for being responsive and professional, doing your best to reach out to agents who aren't responsive to my viewing requests. Charlise, you are the best leasing agent I've ever come across. I truly appreciate your effort to go above and beyond to communicate with the Grand Ave studio owner to lock the deal for me in a timely way.

Recently, I've been assisting our master tenant with some maintenance issues in our unit and have been very pleased with the level of responsiveness from 2B Living as well as their receptivity to help us with everything from emergency assistance to upgrades in the apartment.
