They are not following SF rent board regulations. They do not post notices or updates as required. Email questions are not answered. They have knocked on my door and asked to come in without any notice. They are taking away parking for 3 - 4 months for seismic work and don't understand thw city requires them to find alternatives or compensate tenants. UNPROFESSIONAL! I've been a tenant at the Mandela parkway residence since June 2024 and every since I've moved in there has been problems every other day.
This company does not complete basic safety maintenance request. They just cancel them or mark them completed after a while and no work is done. I have called and left a message. I have resubmitted the maintenance request. I have added the info to the survey I was sent to complete for the completed maintenance that was not completed. This is not the first time my maintenance request has been deleted or marked completed when no work was completed.
The person that helped me out her name is lindzi at first she was a good help,now I've been trying to reach her she never answers I've reached other lease managers they do the same thing they need professionals not people that half help out service sucks I don't recommend 2b living at all
Showed up for a tour 5 minutes early and no one was there to meet me at the apartment. I spent 10 minutes walking around looking for a leasing office before calling the number provided. An automated voice told me I was late for the appointment so the agent left and I'd have to reschedule. I didn't receive any instructions before the tour about where to meet the agent. I will not be rescheduling thank you.
If you own property do not hire this company. They are incompetent. If you are thinking of renting from them run away. They will raise your rent the max amount as soon as possible but if you need maintenance or have a question good luck at hearing back from them. They removed items to paint and recarpet but most people got no notice. They took a very large hand made planter from outside the building after I was told I didn't need to move it. Very unprofessional! I scheduled a showing, rearranged my entire schedule. I sent an email to Caroline Lima the morning of my appt to confirm - especially since i received nothing to confirm my appointment. Caroline re Replies back to the email that I sent, canceling my appointment! Save yourself some time and business with these unprofessional people! This is the rudest and most unprofessional company - ever!
My partner and I applied for a unit on June 22 for an apartment that we viewed and sadly we never received an email or phone call on our application status! I've called, left voicemails and sent emails to see if we can get an update but have not been successful in reaching or hearing back from anyone!! I would rather receive a denial email/call than not knowing or hearing back especially since the application fee is $45/per person. Please do better!
