2B Living's Senior Property Manager, Mary Belaski, is a super hero to me. I'm really impressed by her. She's quick to respond to our every need with a high level of professionalism. She's clear, intelligent, efficient and friendly. It's been a pleasure to have her in our lives. It shows us clearly that the 2B Living team really does genuinely care about their tenants. I recently toured a number of Oakland, CA apartments managed by 2B Living and each apartment was clean, well-maintained, and affordably-priced. What really made a lasting positive impression were the two property managers I worked with- Lani and Lindzi. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about their properties and took extra time to answer all of my questions. I just want to write a review to personally thank the main office coordinator Justin and leasing agent Charlise for your consistent and helpful coordination. Justin, thanks so much for being responsive and professional, doing your best to reach out to agents who aren't responsive to my viewing requests. Charlise, you are the best leasing agent I've ever come across. I truly appreciate your effort to go above and beyond to communicate with the Grand Ave studio owner to lock the deal for me in a timely way.

Recently, I've been assisting our master tenant with some maintenance issues in our unit and have been very pleased with the level of responsiveness from 2B Living as well as their receptivity to help us with everything from emergency assistance to upgrades in the apartment. I started living in one of 2B livings properties in Berkeley at the start of 2021. My property manager Dave was really responsive to my needs as a new tenant both with getting adjusted and making sure everything in the unit was working well. On top of that, he has been centered on building a relationship with myself and other tenants in a way that I really appreciate. It feels warm and welcoming to be in community in the complex I live in.

This is a very professional, responsive, and respectful Property Management Company, I had the pleasure to work directly with one of their Property Managers, Nelly L., she made sure all of our needs were accommodated, her communication was beyond expectation, she took care of all the residents needs and addressed any issues that surfaced while my company was performing work on a building she managed. Had the pleasure to work with Dominick Lundberg, the property manager with 2B Living at the 605 27th Street Oakland location. Was able to connect over the phone and email after inquiring, schedule walkthroughs, and meet in a timely manner. We had a SUPER positive experience working with Brandt Ng. He was very communicative and helpful when we first connected with B2 Living.
