I had such great move-in and maintenance request experiences with my property manager Nelly Litovskaya. She takes every situation seriously to help me solve the problem promptly. It was frustrating encountering issues in the apartment, so I really appreciate Nelly's effort to arrange the best time for repair and was extremely helpful during the entire process! Her timely response, attention to detail, and very positive and friendly attitude making it a smooth process!

I've had a great experience interacting with Michael Price and his team at 2B Living. They were super responsive to maintenance requests, and dealt with noise complaints and other issues immediately. The apartment was modern and well-maintained, and moving in and out of the apartment was a stress free process as well.

My partner and I lived in a 1-bedroom managed by 2B Living for the past year. We were always impressed by the level of professionalism and responsiveness, especially from Brandt the property manager. Ultimately we ended up moving because we needed more space, but we would definitely live in a property managed by 2B Living again.

Really professional and kind people! They took over managing our building from a different (seriously hellish!) company and it was like night and day. Once 2BLiving started managing our building we got new washers, new carpet in the common areas and things re-painted right away. They were always very responsive and timely if anything needed repairs etc. and always friendly. Highly recommend them. I've worked with Vincent and Brandt mostly and they are great! I lived in a studio managed by 2B Living, in Berkeley, and had the best experience! My property manager, Dave Aguirre, was extremely responsive and diligent since day one. He provided all the information needed, always made himself available and made me feel at home right away, as well as helped and ensured my move out process was as smooth as it could be. I highly recommend it! Im super happy with the property, the costumer service and had the best experience living in Berkeley. Couldn't thank Dave enough! :)

Overall, I had a positive experience with 2B Living and would recommend renting from them. The apartment itself was old, but maintained at an okay level. Wish it had been cleaner upon move-in. First off, my property manager, Erin Swanson, was very responsive. She was quick to get back to me via phone or e-mail even on nights and weekends. She helped smooth the process of viewing the apartment, signing the lease, and giving my notice to move out. 2B Living exceeded my expectations renovating, then leasing a difficult to lease unit in a historically challenging rental market. Transparent, affording construction costs and professional marketing - top notch service. Dave and Michael took care of all the details so I could stay at home.
