I am so impressed with 2BLIVING and the response time on maintenance requests. I had a plumbing issue last night and Steve was sent over. Fixed the drain pipe and was finished by 10:30 this morning. They are great.

Really loved our time living at our place. Much of what we had to do happened via a modern web interface and the team was very responsive. Extra shout-out to Nelly for being so awesome with the move-out process!

Nelly has genuinely been great to work with. She was very responsive whenever something went wrong with the apartment and made moving out a breeze when we left the area. She even dropped off some packages for me (!!) that I mistakenly got delivered to the old apartment. I would recommend any property managed by 2B Living; they took really good care of the apartment itself as well as the tenants that reside inside!

Had close to a four-year stay at a 2B living managed apt. The building was run well and the management team was receptive, professional, and timely for any contact. As our own principal we try and leave our rental units in as good of a condition as we get them-- reflective of that was the fair amount of security deposit that was reimbursed.

2BLiving has been extremely helpful and efficient for submitting maintenance requests and paying rent. My roommate and I were able to evenly split the rent directly on the app.

We moved into a property managed by 2B living recently and have been really happy with the service so far. Our main point of contact is Nelly and she is amazing! She is incredibly responsive to any issues we are having and does a great job communicating. We have had some bad experiences with property management places in the past but have really found Nelly to be great.
