Mary is a superstar and handles our whole portfolio of properties. She is very good with the property as well as the tenants. When it comes to challenging tenants, she knows exactly when to apply the right pressure! Always thinking from owner's perspective, whenever there are issues she is ready to present cost effective solutions.
I've had a positive experience with 2B Living, especially Mary Belaski. Every time I contact her regarding a maintenance issue, I get a response right away, even on the weekends. As an example, we recently had a problem with Recology not picking up our trash/recycling and Mary was on the phone with them resolving the issue within a couple of hours! I highly recommend 2 B Living!
