Of 9 Artika fixtures I purchased recently, 3 failed during the warranty period. In each case, it was difficult to receive help from customer service. Email tends to be ignored. If you call customer service, they'll argue that their products don't fail. If you get beyond that, they'll tell you to return the product to the retailer. So save your receipts and packing materials! And buy only from retailers that will accept returns during the warranty period.

Fait 2 mois que je leur écris pour un remplacement de lumières qui prend feu par les fils...fait 2 mois que notre cuisine est dans le noir. Contacter par FB messenger, ils nous référent à leur site web pour le support après vente, écris au support, pas de réponse. On les appelle, pas de réponse, mais un robot nous réfère au site web...il me manque l'option d'aller cogner à leur porte (si elle existe). The product is not worth the money. We bought 13 of their LED lights and everyone of them has been replaced twice in less than a year. Warranty not honoured and no response to emails sent. Don’t waste your cash on any of their products, have colleagues that build homes and have had the same issue.
We bought this lamp and now we have to throw it away because the led lights are not replaceable. No body answers the phone and the process for a claim is really stupid, they not only ask for a picture of the receipt but also for three more pictures of the lamp. What kind of service is this one? I had to pay $200 for the lamp and $200 for the installation. So?
