Non-existent customer service. I've tried to email the support line for lights that died not too long after warranty. Extremely disappointing.
No customer support! I purchased a shower caddy and after setting it up I noticed it had a bent shelf. I contacted their warranty center to request a replacement and received no response. I then called their support center, during business hours, and was directed to a full inbox and told to leave a message. I then emailed their support center and now after two weeks I still haven’t received a response. J’ai acheté 7 luminaires extérieurs de Artka chez Costco il y a 6 mois et la peinture qui rend la vitte opaque se décolle outrageusement. J’ai essayé de contacter le service clientèle et fourni des photos mais sans retour. Je suis extrêmement déçu car le produit est tres beau et elegant... dommage.
Poor Customer Service. Left serveral messages to get in touch with re: a defective product. It is now more than a month and still yet no response back! When i called customer service, i was told that i would get a next-day response. It has now been a week and we still have not heard back!
I bought their skylight in Dec 2019 at Costco. The light failed March 2020. Artika quickly sent a new one under Warranty and now this one has failed. 6 months and 2 lights. This is the only Artika LED fixture in my house and WILL be the last.

Their shower caddy just destroyed our new shower. Was installed professionally with shower less than 2 years ago. This will cost us hundreds in damages. Luckily we were not hurt but wow, how is this on the market.
