As a group of 5 buying a home together, our situation was unusual, complicated, and we had to get our pre-approval within 18 hours to get our offer out in time. Nobody involved thought it would be possible to get our offer out in time, and it probably wouldn't have been if not for the Herculean efforts of Ashley. Could not recommend more highly.

Ashley is terrific. Home Buying can be daunting in itself and add to it financial matters and calculations, etc but i actually enjoyed this process with her. Granted, I myself am a number geek, and maybe thats why it was so easy to work with Ashley. I just gave her all my parameters and she researched all the loan options for me. After both a refinance and a HELOC, I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Ashley. Being self-employed the amount of required paperwork was a lot, and Ashley was there every step of the way to guide and help. Questions were always answered and Ashley facilitated the application process to make it as easy as possible. Ashley always worked to accommodate our needs first. She was also able to secure us a great rate!

I’ve now worked two loans with Ashley and I’ll never look anywhere else. Both of my loans were atypical with a lot of hurdles to jump over and Ashley was there at every turn with the answer.
