Ashley was absolutely fantastic during our last home buying process. Not only did she get us an amazing rate, but she was amazingly responsive, quick to close and extremely nice and understanding to all our questions and requests throughout the whole process. Ashley exceeded my expectations. I am a first-time homebuyer and had a lot of questions about the lending process, etc. She is very knowledgeable and patient and took time to guide me through the process. Ashley is very responsible and works hard. When I was submitting an offer, she worked late and over the weekend to help me with the pre-approval. She also went the extra mile and even offered to personally pick up and drop off paperwork to title company to make sure that I closed on time. I'd highly recommend Ashley!
