This is the second time in the last 5 years that Ashley worked with us on loans. The first was to buy our home and the second was to do a refi. Ashley was always friendly, knowledgeable and responded quickly to our many questions. We highly recommended Ashley and we will be using her in the future. Two big thumbs up!! :)

Ashley helped us with a complicated series of loans that included a new home mortgage with very short closing period & cash-out refi of existing home converting to rental. Throughout the process she was patient, knowledgable and responsive. Just the sort of broker you want when exploring different financing options. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My wife and I have worked with Ashley twice over last last few years. Initially to purchase our home in 2016 and moist recently to refinance the mortgage in 2020. Ashley was always on the ball and was always happy to answer many of my questions, she was extremely patient with me ;) The initial mortgage process was a bit more challenging as I was overseas at the time and had to do much of the process remotely.
