Ashley was great to work with. We had spoken to several other lenders and found that not only would we get the best terms with OPES but that Ashley was extremely responsive. We appreciated how quickly she responded to inquires and she provided some addition information that no one else had conveyed yet about closing costs, property taxes, etc. I appreciated the responsiveness and transparency.

We were in the process of buying our first home during the pandemic, needless to say a stressful time. Ashley was very patient and answered each and every one of my, oh, I'm going to say conservatively, billion questions.
