Ashley exceeded my expectations. I am a first-time homebuyer and had a lot of questions about the lending process, etc. She is very knowledgeable and patient and took time to guide me through the process. Ashley is very responsible and works hard. When I was submitting an offer, she worked late and over the weekend to help me with the pre-approval. She also went the extra mile and even offered to personally pick up and drop off paperwork to title company to make sure that I closed on time. I'd highly recommend Ashley!

Ashley was great to work with. We had spoken to several other lenders and found that not only would we get the best terms with OPES but that Ashley was extremely responsive. We appreciated how quickly she responded to inquires and she provided some addition information that no one else had conveyed yet about closing costs, property taxes, etc. I appreciated the responsiveness and transparency.
