This is the second time I’ve worked with Ashley inside of a year. We had a complex situation- buying a new home while retaining the old one for rental income. Three separate side businesses (1099) plus a corporate gig. All of that creates unique challenges as it relates to paper income and purchasing a home. I can't say enough good things about Ashley and her team. They were incredibly helpful with us in July 2018 when we purchased our first home--we were extreme newbies and they walked us through everything with kindness and patience. My husband is also self-employed so it was slightly more complicated, but they made it easy. As a group of 5 buying a home together, our situation was unusual, complicated, and we had to get our pre-approval within 18 hours to get our offer out in time. Nobody involved thought it would be possible to get our offer out in time, and it probably wouldn't have been if not for the Herculean efforts of Ashley. Could not recommend more highly.

Ashley is terrific. Home Buying can be daunting in itself and add to it financial matters and calculations, etc but i actually enjoyed this process with her. Granted, I myself am a number geek, and maybe thats why it was so easy to work with Ashley. I just gave her all my parameters and she researched all the loan options for me.
