This is the second time I’ve worked with Ashley inside of a year. We had a complex situation- buying a new home while retaining the old one for rental income. Three separate side businesses (1099) plus a corporate gig. All of that creates unique challenges as it relates to paper income and purchasing a home. They were incredibly helpful with us in July 2018 when we purchased our first home--we were extreme newbies and they walked us through everything with kindness and patience.
