Ashley was recommended to us by our agent to help close a loan on property that will be our primary residence. We had a variety of complicating factors, from tenants at the property to older sellers who struggled with all the moving parts involved the sales process. This is the second time in the last 5 years that Ashley worked with us on loans. The first was to buy our home and the second was to do a refi. Ashley helped us with a complicated series of loans that included a new home mortgage with very short closing period & cash-out refi of existing home converting to rental. Throughout the process she was patient, knowledgable and responsive. Just the sort of broker you want when exploring different financing options. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My wife and I have worked with Ashley twice over last last few years. Initially to purchase our home in 2016 and moist recently to refinance the mortgage in 2020.
