hey just stole ****** from me on a return. PCustomer service said restocking fee is ***** Webpage says 15% Now they are trying to tell me its 25%Anyione else deal with this horrendous business? Then I found out that there would be no restocking fee if a store credit was issued, I was never informed of this, either.
Awful customer service. They haven’t customer care **** sell furniture these days. Ashley’s furniture looks like second hand ,and all of them have some problems

Only gave one star because it won’t allow zero stars…….Very very poor sales staff. Was told a couch was in stock and could get it the next day with delivery for a charge $*** by a third party company. They got us to applied for the Ashley financing card. Got approved and then proceeded to say the couch is not in stock and could take up to 2 weeks. This was after all paperwork was completed. Not happy with Brad at Ashely at Regent store. After the sale he did not reply to emails. I have asked for store manager to call me and help with understanding the invoice because there was a 5% discount given and it doesn't add up. The last email was me requesting for the manager to call me *** ** * ****** *** *** **** **** * ***** ** ***** ** ****** ******** ****** *********** ******and even that did not prompt them to give a care about after sales service.

I purchased a bedframe from Ashley's for $1400 plus white glove service which we paid extra for. The bedframe was delivered and the installer was talking down to, berating, and was very unprofessional to his helper. They moved my bed out of my room which was fine, but refused to move it back because we did not purchase from Ashley's. The installers did not clean up after themselves and left garbage everywhere, which shouldn't happen with the white glove service.
