Ashley Furniture has been a nightmare to deal with, which started as soon as we paid for our sofa. I placed a order for 10 items. Again visited them 2nd time to revise the order. Rimmel K., sales person was supposed to call me 2 weeks before with revised order. I cant reach the location on phone as phone lines doesnot work. I sent him 4 emails and he failed to respond back. I have Bought Recliner and Sectional and a dining table and we have issues with dining table since day 1. It got replaced three times due to cracks in a month from purchase and Ashley is not allowing us to reselection table. And Customer service people wants us to keep replacing table. If these many tables have cracks then it's wood/material issue, how can we rely on that dining table.
Bought a Rocker/ Recliner from *** ******* ***. store and waited for over a month for delivery. When it finally arrived found it to be uncomfortable and wanted to return it for a full refund. When calling them they said I had only 48 hours to decide and that has long past. How are you supposed to know in 48 hours if the chair is what you expected? They didn't care and refused the return over the phone. NEVER shopping there again.

We purchased a couch in March and called the company the same day the furniture was set up. The chaise part of the couch lifts up when you sit down and is very difficult to get out of because the LONG cushion does not stay out. Our friend in who is in a wheelchair couldn’t get out of it as well. We have called and sent videos and customer service has stated that this is “normal wear and tear”. Hmmmmmm. This is a BRAND NEW sectional couch.

FRUSTRATED, ANGRY, 100% DIS-SATISFIED. I have purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture Matheson Clearance Outlet Mississauga ON, items purchased 1) complete bedroom set, 2) 3-pieces furniture set and 3) chest drawer in November 2021. Never go to Ashley HomeStore ******* ****** ******* ** ** ******** **** *** ******** ** *** ***. They charges us an unfair 10% fee of $776.99 (without any product delivery) during Feb - March 2023. This is the worst experience I ever had with Furniture Store. I have bought Dining table from AShley London Jan 1st . I received it week later with cracks every where . We purchased a bed and sofa. The transportation delivery team made a serious damage on the wall and did not let us know. Later they asked us to sign a digital document saying that they are going to unpack and bring the items since the door was narrow. I signed it. Later I noticed the damaged on the wall.
