Poor service, worst experience, got a new sofa and within a month found the sofa was damaged in its manufacturing. The lower part was completely damaged. The customer service agent offered me $250 to keep the sofa as it is. I spent $4000 for damaged sofa and when I asked for store credit, customer service agent offered me $250 to make me realize that ashley furniture *** ****** They just show defective products and deliver defective products to their customers and later tell then that they don't have refund policy. ***** ***... read more

Ordered 2 chairs from Ashley Homestore in Whitby and the entire experience was horrible. To start off I was told the chairs were on sale and when I asked what the regular price was I was told the employees were not told the regular prices. ** *** ******** **** ***** **** *** *** ** - you can’t claim something is on sale without being able to tell me the regular price. I have spent over $13,500 at Ashley furniture and have experienced the poorest customer service ever. I had called for days before getting through to customer. Once they have your money they are done with you. I made my order more than a month prior to receiving some of the items. I was told that all items would be available at time of delivery. However, I did not received most of the items I ordered and I was not told that I would not get everything until the day of delivery. It has been 2 months now and I have still not re... read more

To start with I’m not one who posts bad reviews unless they absolutely terrible. **** ******** ******** * ******** **** ******. It’s been a horrible experience with them. Delivery was delayed, understandable due to COVID. We paid for “white glove” and negotiated at the time of signing the agreement that existing furniture would be relocated anywhere in the house. Wow… where do I start. Bought my couch Boxing Day 2021. It’s September 26, 2022…. Was told on purchase date my couch would be delivered within 3 weeks. It’s been 9 months. I was FINALLY told (after hounding their terrible customer service for months) that my order would be delivered September 27, and I would be contacted for drop off time. I purchased a Realyn coffee table in Whitby for my sister in August as a house warming gift. The coffee table was delivered in September. Worst customer service ever experienced. Dropped coffee table off with screw through the top after replaced 3x for poor quality and was told I could get $75 store credit. DO NOU BUY

Terrible place to purchase furniture* **** ***** **** **** **** *** ******* * We purchased a king bed frame and it was delivered without the posts that keep the bed upright. Countless emails and phone calls with NO response from a manager at the store.
