Worst customer service ever experienced. Dropped coffee table off with screw through the top after replaced 3x for poor quality and was told I could get $75 store credit. DO NOU BUY
Terrible place to purchase furniture* **** ***** **** **** **** *** ******* * We purchased a king bed frame and it was delivered without the posts that keep the bed upright. Countless emails and phone calls with NO response from a manager at the store. We purchased a bedroom set that was supposed to be delivered on 10/09/2021, no calls no emails, when we called the store they said oh no, it should be delivered on the last week of November. At least we deserve to be notified if a change occur, and if we didn't check we would still be waiting for the delivery to arrive. Now we are wondering if this bedsroom set is gonna arrive at all.
