Poor quality of a delivered furniture. Another paid item was never delivered and not provided information the delivery was split. A tech asked for money and declined to fix the deficiencies ("Ashley pays me hourly and I have no time...", then he lied it had no issue. Poor and rude guest care (agent "***") covering their tech . Instead to help they just closed the case and left it behind. No resolution.
I bought a power reclining sofa and rocker recliner October 11, 2022 - when the couch and chair were delivered, our front door was damaged by the delivery man- the chair was broken (had to wait weeks for them to pick it back up and fix it and redeliver a week later) the couch has a small tear in fabric on back and is extremely uncomfortable. Poor service, worst experience, got a new sofa and within a month found the sofa was damaged in its manufacturing. The lower part was completely damaged. The customer service agent offered me $250 to keep the sofa as it is. Ordered 2 chairs from Ashley Homestore in Whitby and the entire experience was horrible. I have spent over $13,500 at Ashley furniture and have experienced the poorest customer service ever. I had called for days before getting through to customer. Once they have your money they are done with you. I made my order more than a month prior to receiving some of the items. I was told that all items would be available at time of delivery. To start with I’m not one who posts bad reviews unless they absolutely terrible. **** ******** ******** * ******** **** ******. It’s been a horrible experience with them. Delivery was delayed, understandable due to COVID. We paid for “white glove” and negotiated at the time of signing the agreement that existing furniture would be relocated anywhere in the house. Wow… where do I start. Bought my couch Boxing Day 2021. It’s September 26, 2022…. Was told on purchase date my couch would be delivered within 3 weeks. It’s been 9 months. I was FINALLY told (after hounding their terrible customer service for months) that my order would be delivered September 27, and I would be contacted for drop off time.
