I went in twice to the Kitchener location and looked at bed frames and spotted this beautiful white ash bed frame with accents so looked like barn doors and the sales rep told me for a queen it was $***. The second time I went into the same sales rep and asked if the bed pointing at it was still on for the ***and he said yes. I told him ok I want that bed but need a box spring and mattress and protector and don’t want to spend over *******so work your magic. ** * *** *** ******** ****** ******* * ***** **** **** ** ******* Unbelievable poor customer service. They delivered a damaged product and I have reported them within 48 HRs window. Not one/two damage, 4 damaged products. Their own delivery guys reported the damaged product. Seems like I should not even sigh the delivery report. On top of that, I told the delivery guys to take it back at the time of delivery. They did not take it. Now they as asking for 25% to replacement. (Oct 2022) The associate ordered the wrong item even though we showed a pic and pointed out the furniture in the store. It took many phone calls and a visit to the store before they resolved the issue. So I thought. ----- (Jan 2023) Update: ******** ** * **** The store manager updated the original invoice and delivered the right item promising to credit back a difference of $783.34 since the item I selected cost less than what they originally delivered. My daughter purchased a $300 clock from Ashley's HomeStore in Woodbridge Ont, on Dec 10 2022. It was my Christmas gift. The clock was removed from the store wall. Packing material was placed under the hands by an Ashley employee and it was wrapped in packing paper. In error the employee did not remove the battery that was in the clock. The clock hands were not able to move freely for several weeks when it was in working mode. Once unwrapped it would not keep accurate time. We had purchased a dining room set, a sectional, a coffee table. We were told they’re will be different times of arrival but they would hold until all arrived, later told no they would be delivered as they come in they don’t store furniture. Sectional arrived first four months later only to find it couldn’t fit in house even though we told them all measurements. I can't say anything good about product quality and even less about their service. Ordered 2 accent chairs for $1700.00. The ripped seam paired well with the ill fitted defective upholstery. In store after sale service is an instant retreat behind the 25% restocking fee. Contacting service is a 2 week ordeal that results in a part order with a delivery estimate of 4 weeks, which turns into 4 months once that date passes. If your looking for furniture you are better off with a dumpster find than the garbage they are selling a... read more

Poor quality of a delivered furniture. Another paid item was never delivered and not provided information the delivery was split. A tech asked for money and declined to fix the deficiencies ("Ashley pays me hourly and I have no time...", then he lied it had no issue. Poor and rude guest care (agent "***") covering their tech . Instead to help they just closed the case and left it behind. No resolution.

I bought a power reclining sofa and rocker recliner October 11, 2022 - when the couch and chair were delivered, our front door was damaged by the delivery man- the chair was broken (had to wait weeks for them to pick it back up and fix it and redeliver a week later) the couch has a small tear in fabric on back and is extremely uncomfortable. I reached out to Ashley Customer care about how uncomfortable the couch is after 1 month of owning it, and they just said “comfort” isn’t covered under warranty - well no kidding.
