The sales associates were so welcoming and patient. We were not pressured to hurry up and make a decision. We had gone to another very popular local to Pittsburgh furniture store and they were rushing us and we did not feel comfortable to sit on the couches to see what we liked so we left. We had the opposite experience at Ashley. Very personal staff who encouraged us to take our time and sit on everything to see what we really would be happy with!

I researched all the recliners before coming in. Diane took me right to what I was looking for and also showed me other similar chairs. She didn’t pressure me, she was very personable, told me when the chair would come into the warehouse and explained in full about the delivery process. Very knowledgeable of the product. Even one of the co-workers walked by and praised her and said she was a mentor to him when he started. Very positive experience.
