The experience was ok. We already knew what we were looking for and felt like we had little privacy to discuss our decision as we we constantly being asked questions by the sales person. We expressed we needed to talk stuff over in order to make a decision but the sales person kept asking us other questions about our personal life and not giving us room. The whole experience was wonderful. Arlene listened to what I was looking for and took a lot of time helping me find the perfect love seat and recliner. She explained all about the furniture construction, fabric and care. I will definitely be returning to Ashley Furniture for my future needs!
