Our sales representative Steven Arnold was excellent. He was very pleasant and professional. He made the sales process non stressful. He even took my calls on his day off work. Loved his refreshing personality. However, the customer service rep I spoke to regarding our delivery was not helpful or friendly. So far we love the reclining sofa and chair. Thanks for everything!
