Norman Nelson The boys and I have lived here since fall of 2010. Ashton Pines has been a place that the courts and Job and family services recommend this be a place I could raise two children. Safe with a great school district, and so far they were right. The boys and I love living here their staff as well as maintenance crew have always been professional. Friendly/Helpful My fiance and I were here in July, they had a ton of available apartments for rent, we were relocating in October/November. We called last week, they are full and on a waiting list for all of there apartments! We were so bummed out, the office staff was very helpful, told us we can still get on waiting list, we can be on it up to a year! We will hopefully get in sometime in December, we think they have new management or staff, everyone was friendly and nice, and were very honest and open with us about everyt... read more
The apartment is better than the neighborhood The apartments themselves are nice, bedrooms are decent sized and the layout works well to make the space seem bigger than it is. The kitchen has very little counter space though, and the patios are not that well maintained. The staff is meh, tiffany was great but she went to a different New Life property. Big bonus with the gas/water being a flat rate, and SWCS are a step up from Columbus. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but not too terrible. Definitely keep your doors loc... read more
Great Maintanace. I have only been here a few months and every time I call to have something fixed (Nothing major) it gets taken care immediately. The maintenance guys are all nice and respectful. You see them always cleaning the property. The patios are a great feature so if you love having BBQs in the summer you will love these apartments cause it gives you space to have you own little oasis. I've been here for three years!!!! I've been here for three years and Im not going anywhere!!
Maintenance is terrible!!! This place is not maintained properly and falling apart cracks in the wall and ceilings big problem with ants and rodents. And maintenance never wants to fix things.

Do not move here!!! Not worth the trouble. Rats, pests, poor customer service. They also frequently fail to give 24hr notices and take forever to make repairs if at all.

DO.NOT.MOVE.HERE By far the worst most disgusting place I have ever lived. I had a nice infestation.. I’m an extremely clean person and they were no help. Everyday they would come in and find dead mice on my floor and still could not offer to move me into a different unit. When I finally took the loss and left, the amount of mouse droppings left behind was more than anything I could of imagined. You would have thought it was a floor design. Maintenance and pest control respond quickly filling holes in roofs and siding to prevent entry and laying traps and using sonar equipment to deter pests. Our goal is to provide all of our residents with homes that they can enjoy. We regret that your home did not fulfill that goal.
No! Dont do it! This place isn't worth your money. Filthy. Bedbugs. Roaches. Mice. Overpriced. Maintenance just "rigs" things instead of replacing them. Pool never open..even on 90 degree sunny days. Staff is ridiculously rude.
