Do not move here! This is truly a hit and miss property. There are people who have lived here for years and haven't had an issue and that's because there were different people in the office managing the property. Now it takes forever for something to be fixed. Serveral times I have called and there aren't any work orders on things I have called for multiple times because of how unorganized and untrained the staff is. Bedbugs My room mate and I do not live together yet but me met up and visited these apartments and they were gorgeous and very well priced. The only problem is the next day we were both covered in bug bites... From bed bugs. This was the only place she and I visited that day and like I said she and I live septa toy currently so we had to have gotten them from here for us to both get them at the same exact time.
So-So I've been here over a year and they have now got new management or something because they are doing inspections like crazy. If I didn't have animals it wouldn't be a problem but working and them only wanting to come during the week is wearing. The neighborhood is great though and the fact that most of the utilities are included is a plus. Parking leaves something to be desired but a great starter place.
