A Wonderful Place to live in Columbus... Ashton Pines Townhomes is a wonderful place to live in Columbus. Hannah and Cassie in the office are extremely nice and go out of their way to help you with anything you may need!! The maintenance department addresses any problems immediately and with professionalism and efficiency!

Wonderful Family Community. The Ashton Pines Apartments and Townhomes located in Columbus, Ohio is a great family community base environment. I have moved here from Grove City, Ohio after my daughter was hired on the eastside of Columbus, Ohio. My daughter’s commute was about two hours from her new job to Grove City, Ohio. Not only that, she had to walk thirty minutes to get to our apartment from Broadway and Home Rd. I am a Past & Present Renter @ Ashton Pines!! I lived at Ashton Pines between 2003 -2008. I returned after my daughter graduated from high school in 2012 and I have no plans on leaving...I LOVE MY PLACE!! It is located in a ideal spot for a person with 2 jobs. The rent is reasonable and the management office is very polite and concerned about any issues you need to address. Affordable Luxury Living I have lived at Ashton Pines for more than a year now and I am VERY HAPPY HERE! You get a lot for your money living in this complex. The units are well designed, well maintained, well kept landscape grounds, onsite pool, fenced patios, and a large laundry facility. Ms. R Adams I have lived here for almost three years, really like my townhome and the staff are always so kind and helpful. They really seem to care a lot about everybody and are always trying to make the homes and grounds to the best that they can. I have never had no problems and plan on staying for the long haul-cause I"m very happy here.
Very Professional Management Staff We have lived here for 1 and a half years. The management staff is very professional and polite. We have never had a bad experience with them; Teresa and Lynn are outstanding at their jobs and make you feel like part of the family. They are very courteous and take care of business. From Sheryl Peters I just recently moved into my apartment. I absolutely love it ! Lynn and Theresa are absolutely amazing ! Anytime I need something, they are always there to help me and fix everything I need . I have never lived in an apartment with such amazing landlords. Norman Nelson The boys and I have lived here since fall of 2010. Ashton Pines has been a place that the courts and Job and family services recommend this be a place I could raise two children. Safe with a great school district, and so far they were right. The boys and I love living here their staff as well as maintenance crew have always been professional. Friendly/Helpful My fiance and I were here in July, they had a ton of available apartments for rent, we were relocating in October/November. We called last week, they are full and on a waiting list for all of there apartments! We were so bummed out, the office staff was very helpful, told us we can still get on waiting list, we can be on it up to a year! We will hopefully get in sometime in December, we think they have new management or staff, everyone was friendly and nice, and were very honest and open with us about everyt... read more
