Rats Been trying to get rid of rats for the longest time. Everytime I call they said they’ll be sending someone me out next week. Next week comes and they never come.

Upset I remember when me and my family first moved out there back in 2009 and they had bad mice issues that they never took care of it was very nice at first and they apartment space was a lot of room. But if they didn't have mice and the rent was decent we would have continued to live there.

Thank you for your comments on Ashton Pines. We have been able to treat and decrease the issue over the years but unfortunately our buildings continue to age causing access areas for mice to enter. When we are notified, we act quickly to fill holes and set traps. Maintenance and Pest Control communicate housekeeping issues that may contribute to pest problems so that we can follow up as needed. Hit or miss. My fiancé and I moved here in October of last year. The apartment size is great for just us and the rent is reasonable and the included utilities are awesome. But no W/D hookup in the one bedroom, which they have room for but just didn't do. Lots of room for our pup to run and use the potty across the street. ** beware that people don't pay attention to the 25mph sign and fly down the main road.** Management is nice to us at least, but my apartment flooded one cause. Very Unprofessional Staff/Management My lease expired and I WAS planning to go month to month. My rent was automatically deducted each month. My partner came and stayed a couple of days with me with her medical dog and lord and behold aright after I paid my last month of rent I received a three day notice to move. Do not move here! This is truly a hit and miss property. There are people who have lived here for years and haven't had an issue and that's because there were different people in the office managing the property. Now it takes forever for something to be fixed. Serveral times I have called and there aren't any work orders on things I have called for multiple times because of how unorganized and untrained the staff is. Bedbugs My room mate and I do not live together yet but me met up and visited these apartments and they were gorgeous and very well priced. The only problem is the next day we were both covered in bug bites... From bed bugs. This was the only place she and I visited that day and like I said she and I live septa toy currently so we had to have gotten them from here for us to both get them at the same exact time.
So-So I've been here over a year and they have now got new management or something because they are doing inspections like crazy. If I didn't have animals it wouldn't be a problem but working and them only wanting to come during the week is wearing. The neighborhood is great though and the fact that most of the utilities are included is a plus. Parking leaves something to be desired but a great starter place.
