The apartment is better than the neighborhood The apartments themselves are nice, bedrooms are decent sized and the layout works well to make the space seem bigger than it is. The kitchen has very little counter space though, and the patios are not that well maintained. The staff is meh, tiffany was great but she went to a different New Life property. Big bonus with the gas/water being a flat rate, and SWCS are a step up from Columbus. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but not too terrible. Definitely keep your doors loc... read more
Great Maintanace. I have only been here a few months and every time I call to have something fixed (Nothing major) it gets taken care immediately. The maintenance guys are all nice and respectful. You see them always cleaning the property. The patios are a great feature so if you love having BBQs in the summer you will love these apartments cause it gives you space to have you own little oasis.
