Ms. R Adams I have lived here for almost three years, really like my townhome and the staff are always so kind and helpful. They really seem to care a lot about everybody and are always trying to make the homes and grounds to the best that they can. I have never had no problems and plan on staying for the long haul-cause I"m very happy here.

Very Professional Management Staff We have lived here for 1 and a half years. The management staff is very professional and polite. We have never had a bad experience with them; Teresa and Lynn are outstanding at their jobs and make you feel like part of the family. They are very courteous and take care of business. From Sheryl Peters I just recently moved into my apartment. I absolutely love it ! Lynn and Theresa are absolutely amazing ! Anytime I need something, they are always there to help me and fix everything I need . I have never lived in an apartment with such amazing landlords. I absolutely recommend Ashton Pines as an amazing place to live !!!

Norman Nelson The boys and I have lived here since fall of 2010. Ashton Pines has been a place that the courts and Job and family services recommend this be a place I could raise two children. Safe with a great school district, and so far they were right. The boys and I love living here their staff as well as maintenance crew have always been professional. Friendly/Helpful My fiance and I were here in July, they had a ton of available apartments for rent, we were relocating in October/November. We called last week, they are full and on a waiting list for all of there apartments! We were so bummed out, the office staff was very helpful, told us we can still get on waiting list, we can be on it up to a year! The apartment is better than the neighborhood The apartments themselves are nice, bedrooms are decent sized and the layout works well to make the space seem bigger than it is. The kitchen has very little counter space though, and the patios are not that well maintained. The staff is meh, tiffany was great but she went to a different New Life property. Big bonus with the gas/water being a flat rate, and SWCS are a step up from Columbus. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but not too terrible. Definitely keep your doors loc... read more

Great Maintanace. I have only been here a few months and every time I call to have something fixed (Nothing major) it gets taken care immediately. The maintenance guys are all nice and respectful. You see them always cleaning the property. The patios are a great feature so if you love having BBQs in the summer you will love these apartments cause it gives you space to have you own little oasis. Maintenance is terrible!!! This place is not maintained properly and falling apart cracks in the wall and ceilings big problem with ants and rodents. And maintenance never wants to fix things.
