Great Staff I recently applied for an apartment with Ashton Pines. I called and spoke with Taylor. She was amazing and extremely helpful. I appreciated that a lot. Hoping this is a great fit for me.

Good Times I lived here 15 years ago for 7years. I saved enough money to buy a home The pool was massive before they filled in half of it. I lived on the front side towards Derrer rd. I loved it! It was quiet office never bothered anyone. They always kept tons of flowers planted. Always had activities for kids at pool area.Great times!

Ashton Pines I would recommend Ashton Pines to anyone looking for a nice place to move. This is a nice, quiet community that is conveniently located close to grocery stores as well as a variety of food places. It is a quiet community, the townhomes are nice and roomy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. -Kelsey G.

Ashton pines Ashton Pines is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone. The fences in the backyard are recently redone(LOVE THEM). It’s near many different things within a 5-10minute range. Such as gym, grocery store, Hollywood casino. Staff are always on top of things. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Highly Recommended Ashton Pines townhomes are amazing! The staff/management are very helpful and friendly. The townhomes are beautiful inside and out. You rarely hear noise. Also the neighborhood is very nice and convenient. We have a Kroger’s, as well as multiple fast food restaurants, a gym, and more just down the road. -Kelsey G.
