Because we had relocated 5 years ago, I had not been to dentist for my reg cleanings and checkups so when I developed a major toothache I remembered my husband had had an excellent experience when he lost his dentures on a trip so I made an appt with our new Aspen location right around the corner. They kept me informed of what they were doing and the cost at every stage and when they squeezed me in for the much dreaded extraction in the same appt, I was thrilled to be able to get it done so quickly for a reasonable amount. DrChadha was efficient and compassionate. more »

Due to insurance reasons i had to leave my dentist of 20 years. My new option was Aspen Dental. Very thorough clean and professional. Good experience more »

went in for a check up, never been there before that, Employees were very nice, explained everything well, and kept me informed throught the whole thing. Then went back 2 days after for 2 extractions. Did wait in the room for alittle while, but the extractions themselves were very fast. The dentist and the assistant were very friendly, they asked if i was ok multiple times throughout. The furst tooth was alittle but of a struggle to get out. but only took 2-3 minutes tops, the second toothe took less than a minute to get out, and i was done. They gave me my perscriptions, extra gauze, and all my instructions on how to make sure it healed properly. Best dentist office ive been to so far. more »

The staff is friendly except the front end person. I am somewhat disappointed in the fact I was originally informed my bridge would be ready Monday. Before I left on Friday I was told Wednesday. How can they expect a patient to walk around for 6 days with missing teeth especially when my tongue keeps on going to that area and now has a small cut. A temporary would have been acceptable. more »

I've had pretty good experiences with my cleanings and other visits, but we have had several issues with billing. Being billed twice, insurance not being properly billed, surprise charges being sent via mail, etc. I always fight it until it gets fixed, but it is often a huge waste of time and frustration. I just went yesterday for my normal cleaning and while the checkout process was quick and clear, I almost expect to get a bill asking me to pay for my fluoride treatment again, as has happened in the past. So while they are a convenient location, be stubborn about your payments and always keep track of everything! more »

my experience with dental offices over my lifetime (65now) included silver fillings, caps, crowns,, bridges, root canals, extractions,cleanings....the experiences werent always positive examples:rushing you thru, no greetings just take a seat ,comments that were judgemental which made me so embarssed...after a lifetime of dental work and ..my teeth had enough including decay, cracked teeth, broken off teeth, missing and worn out fillings and finally a number of infections..so with a mouth of lots of decay, mercury from fillings, infection...i finally decided to find a non judgemental dental office that treats you with dignity and a positive atmosphere,,,after researching (shopping around) the lehigh vally i finally found the courage to make the call to have my teeth extracted and get dentures...that place was ASPEN DENTAL! free evaluation/exrays within a few days...my first visit for that evaluation came...nervous and apprehensive i walked thru that door...a smile from janel (receptionist)and a hi dean i filled out some paperwork and with five minutes i was taken back for 360 degrees exrays...that tech also said hi dean and with her big smile exrayed my teeth....no waiting i went to the next dental room...where the next tech said hi dean with a big smile...which made me feel dvery comfortable...i still had some nervousness because i still had to show my mouth of decayed teeth to the doctor (chahda).the dentist comes in after looking at my exrays...and with a big smile said we'll going to take care of you dean...soon you will havE a BEAUTIFUL SMILE....thats a first for me....heres a doctor that just looked a a mouth of decay and infection...and he greets me with with respect ...it was genuine and sincere to say the least...i felt so good inside and thankfull i found a dental office that was like heaven..after so many judgemental experinces here was a breath of fresh air...wow...next i went to financial planning desk....jess was exceptional...the first thing was her smile and a greeting hi dean we're going to save you as much money as possible...let me work on it for you....after a few minutes...she found discounts and insurance ...my nervousness was now completely gone...i felt so relieved and good inside....from beginning to end....all was positive..all was friendly...every time i came for follow up visits...it was always hi dean by everyone even the doctors (dr patel) remembered my name and greeted me with a big smile...i had 22 teeth ectracted with less discomfort than all the other 65 years of denistry combined....VERY VERY LITTLE DISCOMFORT....boy was that a relief...it was like a miracal for me....so thanks janel, ray, jess,,exray tech, and dr chahda....you made the ASPEN experience a really great non judgemental one...thanks dean l ritter... more »

I must give 5 stars. I haven't been to a dentist because like most have had bad experiences as a child and have tremendous fear of dental procedures.
I am currently a cancer patient receivi
ng chemo and radiation treatments, and they were sure to get the release from my doctor to proceed with oral surgery. I need to have all my teeth pulled and get dentures and have no insurance. Jess was able to set me up with a payment plan and it was quite expensive. She did the best she could and applied a $1,000 coupon to my total which helps a lot. And Dr Chadra was very careful not allow the loose post tooth come out during the mold fitting. Thank you so much, He also, as a courtesy because of all that is happening in my health life is affording me the permanent fitting dentures in 6 months time, which I had not previously qualified for. I cried I was so touched by his caring. Very nice staff at this office. I am so excited to get my new teeth and smile. Oh, I guess I'll have to learn how to talk again too! I love a challenge more »

I have been going to Aspen Dental for many years. Their dentists are outstanding and can handle complicated cases without any issues. I believe they are highly skilled and I have always had their services without pain during and afterwards. When , I retired I lost my dental insurance and helped me find one wit better coverage and lower cost to me. I am a highly satisfied customer. Lastly their dental hygienist is outstanding and I highly recommend her. more »

The staff was very friendly, they answered all of my questions. The dental assistant was very kind and patient while doing the xrays. The dentist was very thorough his exam and offered great advice on my plan of action. The woman who set up everything from my dental plan to the financial part was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. more »
